Ending a relationship with a family member is usually the last option, however, in certain circumstances it is necessary for emotional and physical safety. Some people experience being disowned by a family member. You don’t need to continue life feeling disappointment and loss as this can be processed and resolved. Some people decide to cut contact with a family member or a few family members and are experiencing unresolved emotions. You may have tried to reconcile the relationship with no success and you can be left with the loss and grief of no relationship. This program focuses on processing that loss and grief in order for you to move forward in your life. You don’t have to live your life with all these unresolved feelings. You can let go and move forward in your life. This program has specific steps to follow to get to that inner resolution and to let go of the hurt. It will aim to help you process emotional pain which can keep you stuck and unable to move forward
Before you start the process of letting go you want to be sure that the relationship with them is definitely over. If your relationship with them ended recently you want to be sure that you are not going to return and resume before starting this program. If you do return back to the relationship, make sure it is not out of loneliness. You don’t want to be returning to an unhealthy or dysfunctional relationship out of loneliness or to stop the hurt.
