Every program at Evoke Mind was created with you in mind — designed by Edyta Stepien, a Clinical Psychologist based in Australia with over 25 years of experience.

Edyta spent over two decades sitting across from people in their darkest moments. She has taken the exact frameworks, questions, and evidence-based strategies from her therapy sessions and built them into this digital experience — drawing upon Targeted Clinical Enquiries to create deep emotional resolution. Each enquiry is a step on a path that has taken 25 years of experience to create.

Edyta holds a Master of Clinical Psychology and is fully registered with the Psychologists Registration Board of Australia. Throughout her career, she has had the honour of supporting adults, adolescents, children, couples, and families — and she brings that same depth of care and understanding to everything she creates.

What makes Edyta’s work truly special is the warmth and genuine compassion she holds for every person she connects with. Her programs bring together heartfelt support with proven, evidence-based tools, gently guiding you toward real and lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.

Grief and loss became a particular calling for Edyta — a space where she felt drawn to help others find their way through. Her grief management framework, first developed in 2002, was born from a simple but powerful wish: that you do not have to face your pain alone or wait for help to arrive.

Over time, she discovered that this nurturing, structured approach could offer the same gentle healing in a self-paced format — giving you the freedom to move through your journey in your own time, in your own space.
