PART 2 – LEARNING TO RELEASE PAINFUL EMOTIONS SAFELY

You will learn strategies to manage emotional distress and grounding steps to bring yourself emotionally back into a safe place.

PART 3 – DESCRIBING WHAT HAS HAPPENED

This part is made up of a series of in-depth questions which allow you to process step by step how your loved one died and your emotions around it. These questions will guide you to know exactly why you feel a certain way and this allows for you to process the loss.

PART 4 – RELATIONSHIP WITH MY LOVED ONE

This part focuses on your relationship with your loved one. This process will lead to more clarity and understanding of the relationship.

PART 5 – EXPRESSING FEELINGS

It is important to be able to express how you are feeling. Anger, sadness and guilt are some key feelings that you will be able to express here.

PART 6 – RESOLVING YOUR INNER CONFLICT

It is very powerful to express what you are still holding onto and to resolve the inner conflict. This part guides you to express your pain and release any emotions.

PART 7 – THE LETTING GO PROCESS

This section focuses on letting go methods in order to explore the next chapters of your life.

PART 8 – GOAL SETTING

Setting new goals for your life is a powerful start to your future and it prevents being stuck or feeling hopeless and helpless. This can prevent feelings of depression as it guides you to new goals you will design for the next steps of your life.
