A close connection to your cat is very special and unique in nature. Love from your cat is very powerful as cats will often choose you as the person to bond with. PART 2 – LEARNING TO RELEASE PAINFUL EMOTIONS SAFELY
You will learn strategies to manage emotional distress and grounding steps to bring yourself emotionally back into a safe place.
PART 3 – DESCRIBING WHAT HAS HAPPENED
This part is made up of a series of in-depth questions which allow you to process step by step how your cat died or became lost and your emotions around it. These questions will guide you to know exactly why you feel a certain way and this allows for you to process the loss.
PART 4 – RELATIONSHIP WITH MY CAT
This part focuses on your relationship with your cat. This process will lead to more clarity and understanding of the relationship.
PART 5 – EXPRESSING FEELINGS
It is important to be able to express how you are feeling. Anger, sadness and guilt are some key feelings that you will be able to express here.
PART 6 – RESOLVING YOUR INNER CONFLICT
It is very powerful to express what you are still holding onto and to resolve the inner conflict. This part guides you to express your pain and release any emotions.
PART 7 – THE LETTING GO PROCESS
This section focuses on letting go methods in order to explore the next chapters of your life.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO COMPLETE THE PROGRAM?
This program is self-paced. You have one year to complete the program from purchase date. You have the option to request an extension if required.
