Anyone Can Succeed in Life
Each of us can be successful in life, provided we know the rules of the game. No one sits down to play poker or bridge without knowing the rules of those games. It is the same in life. And life has it’s own rules, general, unchangeable. If we do not respect them, we cannot expect to achieve any desired goal in life.
So whether it’s about looking for a better job, an apartment, solving any other problem, you must:
- know your goal,
- have a detailed plan and follow it very accurately,
- be confident in success
Don’t believe those who tell you, after the first success: I didn’t believe it at all. I am completely surprised. Because only those who do not stop believing in their victory, their success succeed.
All big business people will confirm this to you: They manage to earn all that huge money because they have a clear goal in front of them, a detailed and written plan, and they believe that the plan will be realized.
The advantage of writing a plan is obvious:
– To tell a dream on a piece of paper means to give it a dose of reality;
-Describe the goal in the smallest detail and list all the problems that are in front of you – this will help you find the right solution for them;
-As you write, bring your thoughts to re.
Write An Action Plan
So take a pen and paper, choose a quiet place, close the door, turn off the phone. Be yourself and be sure that no one will disturb you. Write down absolutely everything you want on paper: about the trip you dream of, about the house you would like to build, about the salary increase, about the exam you need to pass, about the person you want to win… absolutely everything. Then let it rest. A day, two, even ten. Give yourself time to think. That time was never lost.
The point is to choose the right wish, the one that is closest to your heart. Once you finally decide, it’s time to take new action:
- Describe clearly and precisely your wish number 1;
- Specify the exact time, the funds needed for its realization;
- Determine a detailed plan, not forgetting the smallest detail.
Make Your Movie
This plan will be the basis for your realization, such as the script for the film – without it, the director would not be able to do anything. Finally, you too are the director of your own film with the theme of succeeding in life.
- The main idea of the film is your goal;
- Your script is your work plan;
- The protagonist – it’s you.
Yes, that’s right! You guessed it, it’s a Mental Movie.
Start recording just the same way you did when it came to treatment. Several times a day, and especially after waking up and before going to bed, play the role you would like to have in your life. With your eyes closed, in peace, experience it all, down to the last detail. Visualize very precisely all your movements, your way of dressing, as well as all those people who surround you in that film. Don’t forget the conversations, their intonation, the color of your voice. And continue like that until the moment when you finally achieve what you dreamed of.
If you bring these images to life with a lot of emotion, your subconscious will react as if it were reality. And your subconscious mind will do everything to make your idea, your wish come true. Design your film as often as possible.
Make the House of Your Dreams
As I have already said, a will devoid of desire does not bring success. It, on the contrary, proves that you are doing something you do not want to do. If you really want something and if your wish is realistic, it must be fulfilled.
Here is one example: You want to build a dream house and you have no money. You need to set aside each month and save most of your salary. It all seems impossible to you. The house asks you to get rid of many things.
As you may have already noticed, the word impossible is one of the most used in the domain of our consciousness. But it does not exist in the language of the subconscious, and 90% of our potentials belong to the subconscious.
So, call on your subconscious for help. Write in detail on a piece of paper everything about the house of your dreams. Answer the question when? how? how much is the budget? Make a plan and read it at least twice a day. Then start with projections of your mental cinema. Imagine sucking the grass in front of your house, sitting on the terrace and talking to your friends… You see how the sky is blue and clear, how the birds are singing… Feel that happiness strongly, just as if that house already belongs to you. And behold, your desire is already imprinted in your subconscious, it starts to act without asking you anything. You just need to “water” it as often as possible, with pictures of your wishes. And soon a solution will be found on how to save every month without feeling deprived of everything. Saving, on the other hand, will bring you great joy because in the future it will be related to the feeling of satisfaction, happiness.

- Let your subconscious to turn your desire into a necessary need
You will fulfill this wish without the spirit ever passing through you feeling that its realization is impossible.
Rehearsals for Happiness
To understand well the influence (positive or negative) that it has on us subconsciously, observe the actors. They tirelessly repeat the words and movements of the characters they play, until you respect them yourself. Some great actors go even further. To play the role better, they will even go to a prison or psychiatric hospital to get to know the guy they interpret better.
In all this there are many similarities with the making of a mental film:
- Actors pronounce the same words as their characters;
- They revive the same situations;
- They survive the same mental states, every night, during the show.
Of course, as in mental film, this technique carries with it danger. It often happens that actors can no longer get out of the skin of the characters they interpreted, especially when they are characters of depressives, patients, suicides. Enjoying their role, in order to give it as faithfully as possible, they bring their subconscious to the point where it no longer distinguishes between reality and play. The subconscious then begins to function stimulated by negative images. How many cases of depression, and even suicide, have been discovered after making such a film or at the end of showing a stage play!
The experience of the actors once again confirms the effectiveness of mental film (visualization). Don’t hesitate to start with positive images. Thanks to them you can play the role of your life!
Do you consider yourself a loser? And why not become a winner? Are you shy, almost timid? Become insanely daring! It is enough to repeat the role you have chosen for yourself in your mental film only a few times a day.
Try it! You will succeed!
If a sad person stops using this method to, say, harm others, he will be the first to be punished.
In order to achieve a positive goal, you must, during the screening of your mental film, intensely strive for POSITIVE feelings.
In order to achieve a negative goal, you need to intensely want NEGATIVE feelings (jealousy, disappointment, hatred…). Although, do not forget: these negative feelings are very dangerous, they affect your brain to secrete substances that weaken the body’s natural defenses; they, therefore, bring diseases.
So, they should be avoided. If you do not want to get sick, and be the first to be punished, forget your enemies, your negative thoughts in your mental film.
Scenario for Failure
Maybe now you say to yourself: Why all this? these recipes for success are not for me … Because, no matter how you look at it, I only have failures in my life!
You’re wrong. If you have often been followed by failures in your life, it was not because you are a truly incompetent person, but because you BELIEVED that you were like that.
And the difference is huge. If you continue to play the role of a “failed person” in your head, you will never progress. If, on the other hand, you decide to play the role of a successful person, you will get everything from life. It’s time to finally program the little computer of your spirit in the right way.
It’s time to stop mourning yourself, to constantly list only your failures – not forgetting to mention the missed bus and the pants that broke in an awkward place – following those well-known sentences: It could only have happened to me. or I never succeed in anything. These sentences do not cease to act on your subconscious. They do not allow you to detach yourself from your scenario of failure; on the contrary, they push you deeper and deeper into him.
If you are going through failures, it is because you have badly programmed your subconscious and she eventually began to believe that you are really a loser. But it is never too late to stop this wrong way of thinking and take matters into your own hands again. Instead of accepting failure, ask yourself: Why another failure again? You already know the answer: because you are not acting according to the scenario for success, the one that will lead your life in the right direction.
Is Failure Dangerous?
The eventual danger of failure is based on the trace it leaves in our subconscious. Analyzing the causes of failure and drawing conclusions from it always means a positive experience. It is even necessary if we want to make progress. But if failure leaves you with a taste of bitterness and you are severely disappointed by it, then it is very dangerous.
A failure that has not been experienced is a failure that does not exist. If this failure does not affect your morale, if it does not create a feeling of inferiority, or a feeling of humiliation, nothing will stop you from succeeding next time. However, if you allow yourself to give in to the bitterness of failure, you will never succeed.
This phenomenon is well known in athletes who have learned to successfully stimulate mentality. They know that when they say: We will not succeed today, that is exactly what happened. Their negative thought will act as a brake. But if, despite previous failures, they are confident that they will win, they have a much better chance of really winning.
Do not doubt your abilities and do not be disappointed after any failure. You better ask yourself what details in your script failed, or were not good. Get rid of the prejudice that you always blame yourself for everything. When you are already planning something, tell yourself that failure is out of the question. Release the brakes.
